The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, including a dishwasher, air fryer and coffee pod machine. With ample bench space and high-quality appliances, you’ll have everything on hand to cook up a feast or prepare a simple snack. The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, ceiling fan, TV and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a private furnished patio, and allow the beautul natural light to fill the space when the blinds are open - a beautiful way to ease you into the morning. The ensuite bathroom features a spacious shower, while in the family bathroom guests will find a shower with safety rails, a separate bath, and ample bench space. However, please note, to access the jetty and waterway, boats need to use the public ramp for entry/exit, which is only a short cruise up the waterway to the homes jetty. Additional conveniences include an internal laundry, secure parking in the double garage, and a spacious driveway that can accommodate additional vehicles or a boat.
