30-34 Little Street, Forster, NSW 2428** Please be advised that works on the Waterline building are scheduled to commence on 30 June 2025 and are expected to continue through to early October. These works will be carried out Monday-Friday only - there will be no works over the weekends.
As these works are likely to be noisy and disruptive at times, we are offering a reduced rate to offset the possible disturbance from the works. Please note, due to the already reduced rate, there will be no further discounts or compensation offered.
The completion date is subject to change with no notice, due to factors out of Forster Accommodation Centre’s control, however we will always endeavor to communicate any changes with our guests, as soon as we are aware.

This spacious 3-bedroom apartment offers panoramic views of the lake from your balcony and living areas! Located in a prime position between the lake, beaches and CBD, this property is a great choice for a group or family looking for a coastal getaway!
Enjoy the coastal breezes from your open plan living and dining room. Furnished with a modern 6-seater dining setting, sprawling lounges and complete with Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, you have everything you need to enjoy some down time indoors after big days exploring. Featuring a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen or a BBQ on the balcony, this apartment encourages entertaining. Out on the huge balcony, you’ll find a spacious outdoor setting to while the afternoons away. Soak up the sunset views, look for dolphins frolicking in the lake, or simply enjoy watching the boats and paddle boarders come and go.
All bedrooms appointed with a built in wardrobes, and styled beautifully with coastal inspired linen and décor, with the master bedroom boasting its own TV and ensuite bathroom.

In a dream position to showcase this beautiful town, this terrific location is just 800 metres from Forster’s Main Beach and the ocean baths. The scenic Bicentennial walk begins at Forster Main Beach and takes you along a 4km trail (each way), offering breathtaking views of the coastline. It boasts some of the best vantage points for spotting visiting whales or playful dolphin pods.
Just 260 metres away are the Little Street Baths - a great place to relax on the sand, swim, snorkel, or fish from the wharf. Nearby the baths, the Paradise Marina offers waterside dining and great coffee. Between the marina and the baths, you'll also find a convenient boat ramp with plenty of trailer parking available. For a unique blend of shopping and coffee, stop by Mewali Homewares and Coffee – just 100 metres away, also located on Little Street. Open from 8am, it offers artisanal coffee, handmade jewellery, leather goods, and curated homewares. Along here, you’ll also find several boatsheds including Aussie Boatshed, Waterline, and Number One Boatshed, where you can hire boats or paddleboards to explore the beauty of Wallis Lake at your own pace.
Coffee lovers are in luck, with local favourites Beach Bums and Wingman Espresso both under 850 metres away - ideal for grabbing a quality brew or bite to eat while soaking up the ocean views. A short 400-metre stroll will take you to Forster’s main dining precinct on Wharf Street, home to a variety of restaurants and bars with picturesque lake views. At sunset, visitors can often spot our dolphin families playing close to shore. Some of our favourite eateries include Lakes and Oceans Hotel, Modan Kitchen, Si Senorita, Spice Monkey, Cafe Toscano, The Sicilian, Wharf St Distillery, and Tartt. If you're visiting on the second Sunday of the month, don’t miss the Forster Town Markets held at Town Park just across the road.
