Whether preparing a leisurely beachside breakfast or a sunset charcuterie board, this thoughtfully designed space has everything you need. Enjoy meals at the eight-seater dining table or opt for a casual bite at the breakfast bar.
Each bedroom exudes classic coastal charm, complete with stylish accent walls, ceiling fans and crisp white linen, with bedrooms 1 and 2 appointed with wardrobes as well. Large windows welcome in natural light and lush outdoor greenery, enhancing the serene ambiance. The third bedroom, equipped with a TV and two single beds doubles as the perfect kids’ retreat. The bathroom features a beautiful rainfall shower, with a separate W/C for added convenience.
A private rear deck provides an additional space to relax.
Additional conveniences include an internal laundry with washing machine, plus a secure single garage on the ground floor. However, please note that there is no internal access from the garage and guests can only reach the unit on the upper level, via the external staircase.
Guests of the Sun Haven units have access to a communal barbecue area, located in the rear lawn area of the property.

Located 150 metres from the entrance to One Mile Beach, this beachside apartment offers the perfect setting for a swim, surf, or just soaking in the sweeping coastal views. 900 metres will bring you to Bostin Brew Co and Palmgrove Park, complete with BBQ areas and a playground. Forster Tuncurry Golf Club is only 350 metres away, and Club Forster (1.2 kilometres away) offers four dining options, live music, and a fantastic kids’ play zone. Take in the views from Bennetts Head Lookout, just 1.3 kilometres away along the scenic Bicentennial Walk, where dolphins and whales are often spotted along the coastline. The Fairways shopping precinct is just 900 metres away and features Swoop Café, Green Patina Homewares, a florist, and a pharmacy.
