Whether preparing a leisurely beachside breakfast or a sunset charcuterie board, this thoughtfully designed space has everything you need. Enjoy meals at the eight-seater dining table or opt for a casual bite at the breakfast bar. Each bedroom exudes classic coastal charm, complete with stylish accent walls, ceiling fans and crisp white linen, with bedrooms 1 and 2 appointed with wardrobes as well. Large windows welcome in natural light and lush outdoor greenery, enhancing the serene ambiance. The third bedroom, equipped with a TV and two single beds doubles as the perfect kids’ retreat. The bathroom features a beautiful rainfall shower, with a separate W/C for added convenience. A private rear deck provides an additional space to relax. Additional conveniences include an internal laundry with washing machine, plus a secure single garage on the ground floor. However, please note that there is no internal access from the garage and guests can only reach the unit on the upper level, via the external staircase. Guests of the Sun Haven units have access to a communal barbecue area, located in the rear lawn area of the property.
