Large windows and an open layout enhance the bright and airy feel, while the lounge area invites you to unwind with a plush sofa, Smart TV, and ceiling fan - the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. The fully-equipped kitchen is both functional and stylish, featuring checkered tiles, gold fixtures, marble countertops, and rich wood accents. Whether you're preparing a leisurely breakfast or a sunset charcuterie board, this well-appointed space has everything you need. Both bedrooms exude a classic coastal aesthetic, complete with eye-catching palm-print feature walls, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans, and crisp white linens. Large windows frame the lush greenery outside, bringing in natural light and a sense of tranquillity. The bathroom offers a rainfall shower head, with the toilet conveniently located in a separate W/C. The covered patio is the perfect place to soak up the beauty of One Mile Beach, whether you're sipping your morning coffee, lounging on the sunbed, or gathering around the picnic table under a fringed umbrella for a relaxed meal. The unit conveniently includes a secure single garage space located on the ground floor. However, please note that there is no internal access from the garage and guests can only reach the unit on the upper level, via the external staircase. Guests of the Sun Haven units have access to a communal laundry, as well as a communal barbecue area, located in the rear lawn area of the property.
