Upstairs, enjoy open-plan living with a fully equipped modern kitchen, quality appliances (including dishwasher and coffee machine), and a generous lounge and dining area appointed with a Smart TV and air-conditioning. Slide open the doors to the large balcony – a perfect spot to enjoy easy meals or sunset drinks with a view.
Three bedrooms are located upstairs, while downstairs is a fourth bedroom which is perfect for kids or teens - with two king singles and a bunk bed. Down here, you’ll also find another full bathroom and a second living area with a Smart TV and table tennis table. Each bedroom is appointed with a fan for guest comfort.
Guests will enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi throughout, a fully-equipped laundry with washer and dryer and a secure garage, plus driveway parking for a boat or extra vehicles.

Just 70 metres from Bostin Brew Co and the beach entrance, you’re perfectly placed for morning coffees by the ocean or a relaxed barbeque in Palmgrove Park, which features a playground for kids. Golf lovers will appreciate being just 1.3 kilometres from Forster Tuncurry Golf Club, while Club Forster—just 2.1 kilometres away—offers live music, four dining options, and a huge kids’ play zone. For breathtaking vistas, take the scenic 4 kilometre Bicentennial Walk from One Mile Beach, past Bennetts Head Lookout, all the way to Forster's Main Beach.
