Each home is connected via garden paths and a central outdoor entertaining area featuring a motorised pergola, covered patios, and peaceful landscaped gardens - perfect for barbeques, sunset drinks, or morning coffee. Each residence features its own bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen or kitchenette, with both the main residence and guest house each equipped with laundry facilities. Smart TVs, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and Wi-Fi are available throughout, ensuring guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Getting here and getting around is hassle-free, with off-street parking for up to six cars and plenty of additional street parking available. A Tesla EV charger is also available in the garage.
