This exceptional two-storey holiday home offers stunning, uninterrupted views of One Mile Beach, making it a true coastal retreat. Step inside and be captivated by the charming, nana-chic interior that combines comfort and style.
From the moment you enter, you’re greeted by a spacious lounge area that flows into the dining room, both boasting panoramic ocean views. With multiple entertaining spaces, you can choose to unwind with drinks at the bar, relax by the pool, or enjoy the coastal breeze on the veranda, overlooking the beach.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area combine to form a spacious, inviting space for family and friends. For those warm summer nights, you can enjoy alfresco dining on the balcony, complete with a barbecue and outdoor dining table. The two bedrooms on this level are both spacious, air-conditioned, and feature ensuite bathrooms for added comfort.
Downstairs, you’ll find the inground swimming pool, surrounded by lush gardens. A kitchenette with a fridge, toaster, kettle, and sink serves the pool area, perfect for preparing snacks and drinks. The downstairs living area features a lounge and a Tri-bunk bed, making it an ideal space for a kids retreat. A separate bedroom with a Queen bed is also located on this level. Guests on this level will share the bathroom appointed with shower and toilet, with an additional powder room located in the fully-equipped laundry. This property also boasts a lock-up garage, which can accommodate three vehicles.
Please note, access to the lower level is via an internal staircase. However, guests will need to walk about 2 metres, from the stairwell exit to the rumpus room entry, via an undercover outdoor walkway.

A short 450 metre stroll takes you to Bostin Brew Co or Palmgrove Park, with its shady BBQ areas and children’s playground. Forster Tuncurry Golf Club is just 1.4 kilometres away, while nearby Club Forster (2.2 kilometres away) features four restaurants, live music, and a large play area for kids.
For stunning views, head to Bennetts Head Lookout (900 metres away), then follow the Bicentennial Walk—4 kilometres of breathtaking coastal scenery. Wharf Street’s restaurant precinct is 4.1 kilometres away and home to some of Forster’s best dining, from Si Senorita to Wharf St Distillery.
