The property is appointed with Wi-Fi and ceiling fans throughout, and an air-conditioned living room with gorgeous plush sofa, Smart TV and reverse-cycle air conditioning ensuring year-round comfort. In the modern kitchen you’ll find everything you need to prepare your desired meals, which you can enjoy at the breakfast bar or dining table. Heading into the master bedroom, you’ll find a King bed, spacious walk-in wardrobe and a Smart TV. Across the hall, the family bathroom is equipped with a separate bath and shower. The second shower and toilet is located in the external combined laundry area, complete with a washer and dryer. Step outside to the outdoor deck, complete with a barbecue and dining setting, overlooking a fully fenced backyard—perfect for entertaining. Relax with a barbecue dinner or a refreshing drink while the kids play nearby. In those cooler months, the firepit offers a peaceful space to cosy up post-dinner, and roast marshmallows under the stars. Guests have access to ample parking for cars, caravans, boats and jet skis on the fully concreted driveway. The driveway is not covered, but the home, including the driveway, is fully-fenced with an electric gate, providing additional privacy, and security. ** Electric vehicles: E-scooters and E-Bikes are not permitted in any of our properties. An 8 minute walk(600m) from Forsters Little Street baths where you can lay on the sand and relax, swim, snorkel or fish from the Warf or settle in at the beautiful paradise marina for some delicious eats and coffee. There is also a boat ramp situated here with plenty of trailer parking nearby. Close by is Mewali homewares and coffee which is open from 8am for coffee and unique homewares, leather, jewellery and serving delicious treats to takeaway. Several boatsheds are situated along Little Street including Aussie boatshed, Waterline, Number one boatshed, where you can hire a boat or paddle boards to explore Wallis lake further. Forsters main restaurant hub is Wharf Street and is situated less then 900 away where you can find a delightful selection of restaurants and bars with stunning lake views where you will often find our friendly dolphin families playing at sunset, some of our local favourites include Lakes and Oceans Hotel, Modan Kitchen, Si Senorita, Spice Monkey, Cafe Toscano, The Sicilian, Wharf St distillery and Tartt. Forster town markets are also held at Town Park (across from Wharf Street) on the second Sunday of every month. Forsters Main beach and ocean baths is 900m away where you will also find the start of Biccenntenial walk which is a stunning 4km walk along Forsters coastline finishing at Bennetts head lookout for some of Forsters best views including our Dolphin nursery which is located just below the lookout.  Stockland Forster 1.9km (Coles, Woolworths, Aldi).
