Perfectly positioned, it offers incredible vistas of the glistening lake and Tuncurry foreshore, as well as easy access to the nearby park, water playground, boat ramps, beaches, and Tuncurry’s cafes and restaurants.
Thoughtfully renovated to capture the essence of coastal living, the spacious kitchen, dining, and living area are tastefully styled with charming coastal décor, and soothing seaside hues. Bathed in natural light, this air-conditioned space offers a warm and inviting environment, perfect for guests to relax. Retreat to the private balcony, where you can enjoy watching dolphins frolicking, the passing boats, or the breathtaking sunset.
The master bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, while the second bedroom is serviced by the beautifully renovated main bathroom boasting a separate shower and bath. Conveniences such as an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, and fully-equipped kitchen means guests can settle in at their home away from home.
The Heritage complex has a swimming pool and a half tennis court for guests to enjoy, as well as a secure underground car space. Additionally, there is a lift within the complex offering level access from the street, however access from the car park does require guests to climb just 5 steps.

Situated directly across from John Wright Park, this location offers convenient access to barbecue facilities and the lively monthly markets held on the fourth Saturday of each month. With plenty of lakefront access nearby, it’s a great spot for fishing. Lone Pine Park, just 200 metres away, features a lakeside playground and barbecue area, perfect for families. A short 300 metre walk leads you to Tuncurry’s Water Playground and Skate Park—fun for all ages. The Tuncurry Boat Ramp is only 450 metres away and includes ample trailer parking. For dining, the renowned Thirty Three Degrees restaurant is just 300 metres from your doorstep.
A scenic 1.1 kilometre stroll across the bridge will take you to Forster’s vibrant dining strip on Wharf Street, where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants and bars with spectacular lake views. It’s not uncommon to spot dolphins at play as the sun sets.
