30-34 Little Street, Forster, NSW 2428** Please be advised that works on the Waterline building are scheduled to commence on 30 June 2025 and are expected to continue through to early October. These works will be carried out Monday-Friday only - there will be no works over the weekends.
As these works are likely to be noisy and disruptive at times, we are offering a reduced rate to offset the possible disturbance from the works. Please note, due to the already reduced rate, there will be no further discounts or compensation offered.
The completion date is subject to change with no notice, due to factors out of Forster Accommodation Centre’s control, however we will always endeavor to communicate any changes with our guests, as soon as we are aware.

Directly across from Wallis Lake, where you can enjoy an array of watersports or a refreshing dip; and less than 800m from Forster’s CBD or Main Beach, this spacious 2-bedroom apartment is in a prime location!
Enjoy panoramic lake views from your balcony, living and bedrooms! Recently refreshed with modern lounges, artworks & décor, the unit offers beautiful spaces to relax and enjoy the coastal views and breezes. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with generous bench space, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout – it’s got all the little luxuries! Out on the huge balcony, you’ll find a BBQ to prepare dinner with sunset views. Or simply relax and while the afternoons away with a refreshing beverage while watching the activities on the lake; if you’re lucky, you might even spot some dolphins!
The master bedroom is appointed with a built in wardrobe, direct balcony access and its own ensuite bathroom complete with a shower & spacious bathtub; so don’t forget your favourite soak!
This apartment features a laundry with washer & dryer. Guests of Waterline 202 also have access to the complex’s sparkling in ground pool, heated spa and a single underground car space.

In the heart of Forsters beautiful lake front precinct, a stone throw from Forsters Little Street baths where you can lay on the sand and relax, swim, snorkel or fish from the Warf or settle in at the beautiful paradise marina for some delicious eats and coffee. There is also a boat ramp situated here with plenty of trailer parking nearby. Close by is Mewali homewares and coffee which is open from 8am for coffee and unique homewares, leather, jewellery and serving delicious treats to takeaway. Several boatsheds are situated along Little Street including Aussie boatshed, Waterline, Number one boatshed, where you can hire a boat or paddle boards to explore wallis lake further. Forsters main restaurant hub is Wharf Street and is situated 1km away where you can find a delightful selection of restaurants and bars with stunning lake views where you will often find our friendly dolphin families playing at sunset, some of our local favourites include Lakes and Oceans Hotel, Modan Kitchen, SiSenorita, Spice Monkey, Cafe Toscano, The Sicilian, Wharf St distillery and Tartt. Forster town markets are also held at Town Park (across from Wharf Street) on the second Sunday of every month.
