The Strand 303
21-25 Head Street, Forster, NSW 2428** The Strand building is due to undergo a lift replacement, commencing 30 May, 2025, and continuing for approximately 12 weeks, with the first 3 weeks to be the noisiest. During this time, there will be no operational elevator in the building and access to this unit is only available through the stairwell. Required works will be carried out Monday-Friday, and some Saturdays. No works will be carried out on Sundays or public holidays.
For this reason, we are offering a reduced rate to offset the inconveniences, however, please note, due to the already reduced rate, there will be no further discounts or compensation offered.
The completion dates are subject to change with no notice, due to factors out of Forster Accommodation Centre’s control, however we will always endeavor to communicate any changes with our guests, as soon as we are aware.

This 2-bedroom apartment is located in one of the best positions in Forster. With the beach only 100 metres away, and several swimming spots within 1km, you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing how to spend your days!

The high-end Strand complex is a secure residential building, complete with a sparkling inground pool and landscaped gardens. Guests also have access to a secure underground car space with lift access.

This apartment enjoys a central, walk-everywhere location—just 140 metres from Forster’s main beach and ocean baths, where the iconic Bicentennial Walk also begins—stretching 4 kilometres along the coast to Bennetts Head Lookout, the perfect spot to catch sight of whales or playful dolphin pods.
Coffee lovers are spoiled with Beach Bums and Wingman cafés within 300 metres, while 300 metres the opposit direction takes you to Wharf Street’s lakefront dining scene. From Modan Kitchen to Cafe Toscano, this precinct offers incredible food with a side of sunset dolphin watching. Forster Marina and the boat ramp are only 1 kilometre away, and Town Park hosts the vibrant Forster markets every second Sunday of the month (across from Wharf Street).
