Looking for a little luxury, lakeside? You’ll love this beautifully renovated unit, directly across the road from the stunning Wallis Lake. From this fabulous location, you can leave the car behind and walk across the road for a paddle, fish or swim in the Little Street Baths; or wander down to the bustling Memorial drive precinct for a bite to eat at one of the many delicious eateries.
On entry, you'll be greeted by a stylish and comfortable living space, complete with reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a 75” Smart TV, and plenty of games to keep you entertained on rainy days - even an electronic air hockey table! The gorgeous furniture, décor and artwork set the tone for a truly relaxing stay. The glass sliders lead onto the private balcony where you can enjoy ocean views. The fully-equipped kitchen is gorgeously finished with a stunning splashback, and boasts everything you need, down to a coffee machine and dishwasher.
Both bedrooms are styled beautifully to reflect the relaxed coastal surroundings, and are finished with an eye-catching rattan pendant light, plantation shutters and USB charging ports. When it's time to freshen up, you'll appreciate the clever layout of the laundry and bathroom. The vanity, shower and washing machine are all housed in a spacious room, while the toilet is conveniently tucked away in a separate cubicle.
Guests of Sunlake 7 can also enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi throughout and a secure single car space. Plus, you'll find two fold-up chairs and a fishing rod stored in the garage, which you're welcome to use during your stay!

In the heart of Forsters beautiful lake front precinct, 12-minute walk to Graham Barclay oysters. A stone throw from Forsters Little Street baths where you can lay on the sand and relax, swim, snorkel or fish from the Warf or settle in at the beautiful paradise marina for some delicious eats and coffee. There is also a boat ramp situated here with plenty of trailer parking nearby. Close by is Mewali homewares and coffee which is open from 8am for coffee and unique homewares, leather, jewellery and serving delicious treats to takeaway. Several boatsheds are situated along Little Street including Aussie boatshed, Waterline, Number one boatshed, where you can hire a boat or paddle boards to explore Wallis Lake further. Forsters main restaurant hub is Wharf Street and is situated 1.8 km away where you can find a delightful selection of restaurants and bars with stunning lake views where you will often find our friendly dolphin families playing at sunset, some of our local favourites include Lakes and Oceans Hotel, Modan Kitchen, Si Senorita, Spice Monkey, Cafe Toscano, The Sicilian, Wharf St distillery and Tartt. Forster town markets are also held at Town Park (across from Wharf Street) on the second Sunday of every month.
