The living and dining area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, inviting in the natural sunlight to fill the space. Unwind on the spacious lounge and relax with your favourite shows on the Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favourite home-cooked meals, even a dishwasher to make clean up a breeze. Step outside to find a covered balcony, with views over the trees and out to the sea. Furnished with a 6-seater dining setting, it’s a perfect spot to enjoy meal times or while the afternoons away with your refreshment of choice. The master bedroom boasts a King bed, balcony access, walk in wardrobe and a gorgeous ensuite bathroom featuring a double basin vanity, abundant bench & storage space, toilet and walk in shower. The second bedroom features a mirrored built in wardrobe and is serviced by the main bathroom, appointed with walk in shower, toilet, vanity and mirrored cabinet with storage. Guests of Solaris 505 can enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped laundry with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. Complete with Wi-Fi, reverse cycle air-conditioning & ceiling fans throughout, and a single car space, this property really does tick every box. Within the complex, guests can take a dip in the sparkling in ground pool, and enjoy the communal BBQ area surrounding it. The start of bicentennial walk is located at Forster Main Beach where you can catch incredible views of Forsters coastline, this incredible walk is 4km (each way) and is the best viewing point if you want to catch a show from some of our visiting whales or our ever so friendly dolphin families. For the coffee lovers Beach Bums and Wingman are less than a 12minute walk away where you can grab a brew or some delicious food and take in the views. A short 9 minute walk away (700m) is Forsters main restaurant hub, Wharf Street where you can find a delightful selection of restaurants and bars with stunning lake views where you will often find our friendly dolphin families playing at sunset, some of our local favourites include Lakes and Oceans Hotel, Modan Kitchen, Si Senorita, Spice Monkey, Cafe Toscano, The Sicilian, Wharf St distillery and Tartt. Forster town markets are also held at Town Park (across from Wharf Street) on the second Sunday of every month. 600m away is Forsters Little Street baths where you can lay on the sand and relax, swim, snorkel or fish from the Warf or settle in at the beautiful paradise marina for some delicious eats and coffee. There is also a boat ramp situated here with plenty of trailer parking nearby. Close by is Mewali homewares and coffee which is open from 8am for coffee and unique homewares, leather, jewellery and serving delicious treats to takeaway. Several boatsheds are situated along Little Street including Aussie boatshed, Waterline, Number one boatshed, where you can hire a boat or paddle boards to explore Wallis lake further. Nearby: Forster Bowling Club – 300m Wharf Street restaurants – 500m Forster CBD – 700m Forster Main Beach – 800m The Tanks – 850m Getting here: This property is 144 kilometres from Newcastle Airport, or approximately 3.5 hours’ drive (318 kilometres) from Sydney Airport. Once you are in Forster, anything further than walking distance is only a short taxi ride away.
