4 Lake Street, Forster, NSW 2428*** Please be advised that construction works for Solaris Stage 2 is scheduled to commence on 6 February, 2025, and is expected to continue for approximately two years. Required works will be carried out Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm and Saturday, 8am-1pm. No works will be carried out on Sundays.
Please be assured that the construction company managing the project is committed to maintaining a safe environment and minimising disruptions for guests, neighbours, and residents. Measures will be implemented to control noise, dust and traffic disruption.
For this reason, we are offering a reduced rate to offset the possible disturbance from the works. Please note, due to the already reduced rate, there will be no further discounts or compensation offered.
The completion date is subject to change with no notice, due to factors out of Forster Accommodation Centre’s control, however we will always endeavor to communicate any changes with our guests, as soon as we are aware.

Situated between the lake, beaches and CBD, this brand new 3-bedroom apartment is the perfect choice for anyone looking for luxury & location!
Having been professionally styled by the Domayne Interior Design Team*, this apartment is flawlessly styled throughout with a “Coastal Glam” theme and boasts luxury décor, furniture and finishes. The living & dining area is tastefully appointed with a 6-seater dining setting, beautiful lounges and Smart TV. Step outside the floor to ceiling glass doors to find a covered balcony, with views out to the pool and skyline. Furnished with a funky Masport BBQ, and outdoor dining setting, it’s a perfect spot to enjoy meal times or while the afternoons away with your refreshment of choice.
The kitchen oozes luxury and style, from the stunning pendant light above the island bench and beautiful ribbed cabinetry, to the eye-catching splashback, perfectly complemented by the lighting and gold finishes; it’s almost too gorgeous to use! Through the walk in wardrobe guests will find a gorgeous ensuite bathroom featuring a double basin vanity, abundant bench & storage space, toilet and walk in shower.
The other 2 bedrooms feature plantation shutters, mirrored built in wardrobes and Smart TVs, and are serviced by the main bathroom, with a walk in shower, toilet, vanity and mirrored cabinet with storage. Both bathrooms continue the luxury of the rest of the apartment, boasting the signature ribbed cabinetry and gold finishes.
Guests of Solaris 401 can enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped laundry with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. Complete with Wi-Fi, ducted air-conditioning with cooling & heating settings and ceiling fans throughout, this property really does tick every box. Guests will also love guaranteed off-street parking, with one secure underground space.
Within the complex, guests can take a dip in the sparkling in ground pool, and enjoy the communal BBQ area surrounding it.
In the near future, the complex will also feature a gym, local supermarket, mid-coast council library, cafés & restaurants in the commercial space.

In a dream position to showcase this beautiful town, this terrific location is just 800 metres from Forster’s Main Beach and the ocean baths. The scenic Bicentennial walk begins at Forster Main Beach and takes you along a 4km trail (each way), offering breathtaking views of the coastline. It boasts some of the best vantage points for spotting visiting whales or playful dolphin pods.
Just 600 metres away are the Little Street Baths - a great place to relax on the sand, swim, snorkel, or fish from the wharf. Nearby the baths, the Paradise Marina offers waterside dining and great coffee. Between the marina and the baths, you'll also find a convenient boat ramp with plenty of trailer parking available. For a unique blend of shopping and coffee, stop by Mewali Homewares and Coffee – just 550 metres away, also located on Little Street. Open from 8am, it offers artisanal coffee, handmade jewellery, leather goods, and curated homewares. Along here, you’ll also find several boatsheds including Aussie Boatshed, Waterline, and Number One Boatshed, where you can hire boats or paddleboards to explore the beauty of Wallis Lake at your own pace.
Coffee lovers are in luck, with local favourites Beach Bums and Wingman Espresso both under 700 metres away - ideal for grabbing a quality brew or bite to eat while soaking up the ocean views. A short 700-metre stroll will take you to Forster’s main dining precinct on Wharf Street, home to a variety of restaurants and bars with picturesque lake views. At sunset, visitors can often spot our dolphin families playing close to shore.
