Located in a prime position between the lake, beaches and CBD, this brand-new 3-bedroom apartment is a great choice for your next coastal getaway!
Upon entry, you’ll be greeted by brand new, modern furnishings and décor. The living and dining area features floor to ceiling windows and doors, to allow the natural sunlight to fill the interior. Relax on the spacious recliner lounge, and tune in to your favourite series on the Smart TV.
In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you could possibly need, down to a Nespresso coffee machine. Or enjoy alfresco dining on the balcony and cook dinner on the BBQ to enjoy at the 6-seater outdoor setting.
The master bedroom boasts a King bed, Smart TV, balcony access, walk in wardrobe and a gorgeous ensuite bathroom featuring a double basin vanity, abundant bench & storage space, toilet and walk in shower. The other 2 bedrooms feature built in wardrobes and are serviced by the main bathroom, appointed with walk in shower, toilet, vanity and mirrored cabinet with storage.
Guests of Serenity on Solaris – 101 can enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped laundry with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. Complete with Wi-Fi, reverse cycle air-conditioning & ceiling fans throughout, and a double vertical car space to park 2 vehicles, this property really does tick every box.
Within the complex, guests can take a dip in the sparkling in ground pool, and enjoy the communal BBQ area surrounding it.
In the near future, the complex will also feature a gym, local supermarket, mid-coast council library, cafés & restaurants in the commercial space.

In a dream position to showcase this beautiful town, this terrific location is just 800 metres from Forster’s Main Beach and the ocean baths. The scenic Bicentennial walk begins at Forster Main Beach and takes you along a 4km trail (each way), offering breathtaking views of the coastline. It boasts some of the best vantage points for spotting visiting whales or playful dolphin pods.
Just 600 metres away are the Little Street Baths - a great place to relax on the sand, swim, snorkel, or fish from the wharf. Nearby the baths, the Paradise Marina offers waterside dining and great coffee. Between the marina and the baths, you'll also find a convenient boat ramp with plenty of trailer parking available. For a unique blend of shopping and coffee, stop by Mewali Homewares and Coffee – just 550 metres away, also located on Little Street. Open from 8am, it offers artisanal coffee, handmade jewellery, leather goods, and curated homewares. Along here, you’ll also find several boatsheds including Aussie Boatshed, Waterline, and Number One Boatshed, where you can hire boats or paddleboards to explore the beauty of Wallis Lake at your own pace.
Coffee lovers are in luck, with local favourites Beach Bums and Wingman Espresso both under 700 metres away - ideal for grabbing a quality brew or bite to eat while soaking up the ocean views. A short 700-metre stroll will take you to Forster’s main dining precinct on Wharf Street, home to a variety of restaurants and bars with picturesque lake views. At sunset, visitors can often spot our dolphin families playing close to shore. Some of our favourite eateries include Lakes and Oceans Hotel, Modan Kitchen, Si Senorita, Spice Monkey, Cafe Toscano, The Sicilian, Wharf St Distillery, and Tartt. If you're visiting on the second Sunday of the month, don’t miss the Forster Town Markets held at Town Park just across the road.
