You will love the fantastic views of the lake from the living area with its glass walls! To maintain a comfortable climate, there are two sun shades on the balcony, and throughout the apartment there is reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you cool during the hot summer nights. The garage is remote controlled and has room for storage at the rear. The complex's basement is protected by two security gates. You can take the lift directly to your front door from the basement.
