Perched at the top of a hill, this beautiful 2-storey home boasts views of Burgess Beach from the master bedroom and living areas!
The upper floor features an open plan living and dining area with reverse cycle air-conditioning, polished timber floors, a spacious corner lounge and stylish coastal décor & furnishings. With a Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout, it’s a beautiful space to kick back with your favourite series. The kitchen is complete with everything you need, including an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, pod coffee machine; and dishwasher to make clean up a breeze. Guests will also be supplied with tea & coffee provisions; enjoy your morning cuppa with beach views and sea breezes!
Featuring 2 outdoor areas - a large verandah at the front with ocean views, and a sheltered deck with a BBQ at the rear, you can chase the warm rays of the sun all day! This property also has an enclosed backyard to enjoy, bordered with lush greenery for privacy. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse of the sand and salt after the days adventures.
The master bedroom is appointed with a built in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and access to the front balcony. The master and second bedrooms are appointed with queen beds and ocean views, with all bedrooms featuring built in wardrobes. In the main bathroom, guests will enjoy a separate bath and shower, with the toilet in a WC off the bathroom.
Downstairs you’ll find a “kids retreat”! They’ll love the rumpus room, equipped with ceiling fan, games & books; and when they’re tuckered out they can take their pick of the bunks! On this level, you’ll also find a laundry with washer & dryer, as well as a 3rd bathroom with shower & toilet. The large, long garage can securely accommodate 3 cars or a car and boat.

450meters from the entrance of Burgess Beach a beautifully secluded beach with great waves for surfing, rockpools for exploring and plenty of space for some beach fishing, a fantastic vantage point with a lookout during whale season. 600 meters from the southern end of one mile beach where you can grab a coffee and a bite at Bostin brew co, there is also a park here with bbq facilities. Fairways shopping precinct is only 5 minutes drive away (2.5km)you will find Swoop cafe here (incredible coffee) and green patina homewares (beautiful gifts and homewares) there also a florist and a pharmacy. Forster Tuncurry Golf club is 1.8km away, great bistro and well maintained greens, the newly renovated Club Forster is also close by (2.6km) which has 4 different restaurants and an incredible kids playground. Less then 5km away is Forsters main restaurant hub, Wharf Street where you can find a delightful selection of restaurants and bars with stunning lake views where you will often find our friendly dolphin families playing at sunset, some of our local favourites include Lakes and Oceans Hotel, Modan Kitchen, Si Siniorita, Spice Monkey, Cafe Toscano, The Sicilian, Wharf St distillery and Tartt. Forster town markets are also held at Town Park (across from Wharf Street) on the second Sunday of every month.
