This fabulous holiday home offers the convenience of air conditioning and Wi-Fi, for comfort in all seasons. Guests can enjoy lake views from the dining room and newly renovated kitchen, equipped with everything you need to create gourmet fare. For groups with a competitive edge, the rumpus room features a pool table.
The master and second bedroom boast uninterrupted lake views – what a way to wake up! All bedrooms offer Built in Wardrobes, with the large master bedroom also featuring its own ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. The main bathroom offers comfort and convenience with a separate bath and shower.
Take advantage of the beauty this property has to offer from the upstairs verandah, overlooking the water, whilst the downstairs patio leads out to a lakefront lawn where you can make use of the new 6-burner BBQ and enjoy it at the outdoor dining setting. Out here you’ll also find the private jetty which can accommodate a vessel up to the size of a 25 ft deep water boat, and is equipped with its own sink for filleting your catch! However, please note, to access the jetty and waterway, boats need to use public ramp for entry/exit.
Downstairs, guests will find a fully equipped laundry with a washer and dryer, an additional toilet, the 4th bedroom, and internal access to the secure garage. With the garage boasting a height of 2.4 metres, it can accommodate a car or small vessel. Additionally, the spacious driveway provides parking for up to four vehicles.

Just 1 kilometre away, Forster Keys Shops offers Lakesway Bakery—famous for its delicious pies—as well as a mini mart, bottle shop, and takeaway options. Forster Main Beach and its picturesque ocean baths are located 6 kilometres from the property.
Wharf Street, Forster’s main dining hub, is 6 kilometres away and boasts lakeside restaurants and bars where you can often spot dolphins at sunset.
