Take advantage of the beauty this property has to offer from the upstairs verandah, overlooking the water, whilst the downstairs patio leads out to a lakefront lawn where you can make use of the new 6-burner BBQ and enjoy it at the outdoor dining setting. Out here you’ll also find the private jetty which can accommodate a vessel up to the size of a 25 ft deep water boat, and is equipped with its own sink for filleting your catch! However, please note, to access the jetty and waterway, boats need to use public ramp for entry/exit. Downstairs, guests will find a fully equipped laundry with a washer and dryer, an additional toilet, the 4th bedroom, and internal access to the secure garage. With the garage boasting a height of 2.4 metres, it can accommodate a car or small vessel.
