Boasting a large yard with a sparkling pool and a covered entertainment area, there's plenty of space for kids and fur-kids to run and play. The home’s Balinese-inspired decor creates a peaceful environment, with spacious indoor and outdoor living areas to relax and entertain. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living and dining area, complemented by ceiling fans and a split system reverse-cycle air conditioner to ensure year-round comfort. The well-appointed kitchen is ready for family meals, or you can take advantage of the barbeque on the outdoor patio, which overlooks the pool and charming Balinese cabana. The newly renovated bathroom is a highlight, and there's the added convenience of a second shower and toilet in the combined bathroom/laundry. For added convenience, the property includes a secure single garage (where you'll also find the dryer), plus ample space at the side of the house for parking a boat or additional vehicles. ** Electric vehicles: E-scooters and E-Bikes are not permitted in any of our properties. Location: This property is ideally located just 1.4 kilometres from the beautiful Tuncurry Rockpool, which features a playground, BBQ facilities, expansive fishing areas along the breakwall, and calm waters for swimming and relaxing on the sand. The Tuncurry Breakwall itself is a scenic walk and offers fantastic views along the Forster-Tuncurry coastline. Wallis Lake Fishermen’s Co-Op is only 1.2 kilometres away and offers fresh, locally caught seafood daily. Just a short stroll further, John Wright Park (also 1.2 kilometres from the home) hosts markets on the fourth Saturday of every month. The park includes BBQ facilities and generous wharf space, perfect for fishing. Local dining favourite Thirty Three Degrees is 1.7 kilometres away, while Woolworths is conveniently located just 1.1 kilometres from the property. Forster’s main restaurant hub on Wharf Street is 2.4 kilometres away, and makes for a pleasant walk over the bridge. The area boasts a wide variety of restaurants and bars with beautiful lake views, where local dolphin families often make an appearance at sunset.
