This pet-friendly waterfront home is the perfect setting for your next getaway. Bright, spacious, and modern, the property offers spectacular views of the beautiful Forster Keys.
The home features two beautifully renovated master suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom (one with a luxurious spa bath), as well as a third bathroom to service the third bedroom, making it an ideal home for large families or groups.
The expansive living and dining areas are designed for relaxation, with plush leather sofas and an 8-seater dining table. For entertainment, there are three flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, and a CD player. With sleek stone benchtops and top-of-the-line appliances, the stylish, fully equipped kitchen is complete with everything you need, making meal preparation a breeze.
Step outside to find an incredible outdoor kitchen, complete with an inbuilt barbecue, mini fridge, and sink. Enjoy meal times, alfresco style, while overlooking the stunning waterways and spacious pet-friendly backyard. For boating enthusiasts, the private deep-water jetty can accommodate a vessel up to 25 feet - just bring along your mooring ropes to secure the boat. However, please note, to access the jetty and waterway, boats need to use public ramp for entry/exit, which is only 200m up the waterway to the homes jetty.
With a secure garage and carport offering ample parking, this property has plenty of space for both road and water vehicles. Additional amenities such as the internal laundry with a washing machine, ducted air conditioning and Wi-Fi are throughout, ensure absolute comfort and convenience for guests.
** Please note: there is no fence between the backyard and the waterway. So, if you have a child or pet who can’t resist diving in for a swim, please ensure they are supervised.
** Electric vehicles: E-scooters and E-Bikes are not permitted in any of our properties.

Max Guests: 8 - however for your comfort, we recommend children only on the two top bunks.
Linen provided: Yes - All linen is supplied, just bring your beach towels!
Parking: Yes, parking for one car is available in the secure garage, with internal access to the home. Parking for two additional vehicles is available on the driveway.

This home is perfectly positioned just 500 metres from the local boat ramp, making it ideal for water lovers. Only 1 kilometre away, you’ll find the Forster Keys shopping village, home to Lakesway Bakery—renowned for some of the best pies in town—along with a mini mart, a bottle shop, and a takeaway.
Just a 6-minute drive (3.1 kilometres) will take you to Stockland Forster, where you’ll find Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, and a variety of specialty stores for all your shopping needs. Forster’s vibrant dining precinct on Wharf Street is located 6 kilometres away and offers a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars overlooking the lake. This is a prime spot to catch the sunset and spot local dolphin families at play. Popular local venues include Lakes and Oceans Hotel, Modan Kitchen, Si Señorita, Spice Monkey, Café Toscano, The Sicilian, Wharf Street Distillery, and Tartt.
