Often calm, due to its surrounding vegetation, it’s a great family beach with a the bonus of a stunning aspect looking towards Cape Hawke and Seven Mile Beach. In winter, whales can be spotted migrating, so don’t forget the binoculars. Being part of the Booti Booti National Park means you have the gorgeous Booti Hill Lakeside walking track at your doorstep. A little further south, you’ll find Boomerang Point Lookout. This lookout offers panoramic views over Boomerang Beach to Wallis Lake and beyond. The path is well made with some stairs. When you’re ready to unwind, head down to “The Recky”. Sitting on the shores of Wallis Lake, there's no better place to enjoy some refreshments and watch the sun go down across the lake and Wallingat National Park. Bliss!
