Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and stunning views at this beautiful waterfront home - an ideal setting for family holidays or long-awaited getaways with friends.
The home is appointed with all of the modern amenities that you’d expect, including Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a movie night or unwind with a book, you have the option of two beautiful lounge areas with Smart TVs - one with cosy armchairs by expansive windows overlooking the water, the other with a calming coastal palette adjoining the kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, including a dishwasher, air fryer and coffee pod machine. With ample bench space and high-quality appliances, you’ll have everything on hand to cook up a feast or prepare a simple snack.
The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, ceiling fan, TV and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a private furnished patio, and allow the beautul natural light to fill the space when the blinds are open - a beautiful way to ease you into the morning. The ensuite bathroom features a spacious shower, while in the family bathroom guests will find a shower with safety rails, a separate bath, and ample bench space.
Enjoy meals with a view in the airy dining area, surrounded by large windows that bring in plenty of natural light and frame the beautiful waterfront just outside. This space is perfect for gathering over breakfast, lunch, or a sunset dinner. Guests can also enjoy the option of dining in the enclosed patio which offers a slightly more alfresco feel.
Step outside to your own waterfront backyard, where you’ll find direct access to the waterways and a private jetty, suitable for small boats or jet skis - just bring along your mooring ropes to secure them. However, please note, to access the jetty and waterway, boats need to use the public ramp for entry/exit, which is only a short cruise up the waterway to the homes jetty.
Additional conveniences include an internal laundry, parking for one car in the secure garage, and a spacious driveway that can accommodate additional vehicles or a boat.
This home is a haven for boating enthusiasts and anyone who loves the water. Bring your boat, kayaks or paddleboards; or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the peace that being right on the water brings.

Just 200 metres from here, Wharf Street serves as Forster’s vibrant dining hub, where you’ll find a fantastic mix of restaurants and bars with stunning lake views—often accompanied by visits from playful dolphins at sunset.
