Burgess 2 is the ground level of a large modern property and features two bedrooms and one bathroom. Complete with a fully-equipped kitchen, and living area boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy the sparkling ocean views from your living area or front porch. The property does offer a lockable shared laundry, however garage parking is reserved for Burgess 1 (top level) guests. ** Please note, guests will have access to ground level only. The top level (Burgess 1) is also holiday accommodation and may be rented separately through Forster Accommodation Centre. ** Electric vehicles: E-scooters and E-Bikes are not permitted in any of our properties. A short 900-metre stroll brings you to the southern end of One Mile Beach, where you can enjoy a coffee and a bite at Bostin Brew Co, alongside a park with BBQ facilities — perfect for a relaxed day by the shore. For shopping and more dining options, Fairways Shopping Precinct is just a quick 5-minute drive (2.5 kilometres away), featuring the renowned Swoop Café, Green Patina Homewares, a florist, and a pharmacy.
