Forster Accommodation Centre, proudly presents to you: Burgess Beach 1 Directly across the road from Burgess Beach with spectacular ocean views, this holiday home is perfect for large families. Burgess 1 is the upstairs level of a huge modern property. Offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both featuring separate shower and bath, there’s plenty of space for the family to spread out. Enjoy the stunning sea views whilst preparing a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, which flows onto your huge open-plan air-conditioned living and dining areas. The balcony is beautifully furnished with a BBQ, lounge setting and dining setting, so you can enjoy your family meals out there, or just relax with a book at the end of a big day exploring. The property does offer a lockable shared laundry and a 3 car garage, for exclusive use by Burgess 1 guests, to securely store car or water toys. ** Please note, guests will have access to top floor only. The bottom level (Burgess 2) is also holiday accommodation and may be rented separately through Forster Accommodation Centre. ** Electric vehicles: E-scooters and E-Bikes are not permitted in any of our properties. The bottom level (Burgess 2) is also holiday accommodation and may be rented separately through Forster Accommodation Centre. Location: 40meters from the entrance of Burgess Beach a beautifully secluded beach with great waves for surfing, rockpools for exploring and plenty of space for some beach fishing, a fantastic vantage point with a lookout during whale season. 900 meters from the southern end of one mile beach where you can grab a coffee and a bite at Bostin brew co, there is also a park here with bbq facilities. Fairways shopping precinct is only 5- minutes drive away (2.5km) you will find Swoop Cafe here (incredible coffee) and green patina homewares (beautiful gifts and homewares) there also a florist and a pharmacy. Forster Tuncurry Golf club is 2km away, great bistro and well-maintained greens, the newly renovated Club Forster is also close by (3km) which has 4 different restaurants and an incredible kids playground. Less than 5km away is Forsters main restaurant hub, Wharf Street where you can find a delightful selection of restaurants and bars with stunning lake views where you will often find our friendly dolphin families playing at sunset, some of our local favourites include Lakes and Oceans Hotel, Modan Kitchen, Si Senorita, Spice Monkey, Cafe Toscano, The Sicilian, Wharf St distillery and Tartt. Forster town markets are also held at Town Park (across from Wharf Street) on the second Sunday of every month. Nearby: Burgess Beach – 10m One Mile Beach – 1.5km Forster-Tuncurry Golf Club – 2km Bennetts Head Lookout – 2.9km Stockland Shopping Centre – 3km Getting here: This property is 147 kilometres from Newcastle Airport, or approximately 3.5 hours’ drive (320 kilometres) from Sydney Airport. Once you are in Forster, anything further than walking distance is only a short taxi ride away.
