Enjoy a perfect coastal family retreat at this charming three-bedroom cottage. Ideally situated, a mere 270m stroll from the lake and Little Street baths, it offers an ideal swimming spot for children, as well as easy access to Forster town centre and beaches.
The cottage features a cosy living and dining area with air-conditioning, a Smart TV and board games, encouraging quality time with friends or family. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and coffee pod machine, allowing guests the option of enjoying nights in or wandering in the city centre to explore the bars and eateries Forster has to offer.
All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for individual comfort, with the master bedroom boasting its own TV and ensuite as well.
Outside, you'll find a shaded outdoor dining area with barbecue, and a fully fenced, pet-friendly yard for kids or fur-kids to run and play. Kindly adhere to pet guidelines to avoid any potential charges for additional cleaning or damages.
Guests can enjoy Wi-Fi access throughout the property, as well as ample off-street parking for boats, jet skis, and other recreational gear.

Located in Forster’s stunning lakefront precinct, just 1.1 kilometres from the award-winning Graham Barclay Oyster Farm, this spot offers easy access to the best of the area. A short 4-minute walk (300 metres) takes you to Forster’s Little Street Baths, where you can relax on the sand, swim, snorkel, or fish from the wharf. Nearby, the beautiful Paradise Marina offers delicious dining and coffee, alongside a boat ramp with ample trailer parking. Close by is Mewali Homewares and Coffee, open from 8am, serving specialty coffee, unique homewares, leather goods, jewellery, and tasty takeaway treats. Along Little Street, several boatsheds—such as Aussie Boatshed, Waterline, and Number One Boatshed—offer boat and paddleboard hire to explore scenic Wallis Lake.
Forster’s main dining hub, Wharf Street, is less than 900 metres away. Here you’ll find a delightful range of restaurants and bars with stunning lake views, often accompanied by playful dolphin families at sunset. Local favourites include Lakes and Oceans Hotel, Modan Kitchen, Si Señorita, Spice Monkey, Cafe Toscano, The Sicilian, Wharf St Distillery, and Tartt.
