Perched high on Bennetts Head, this private townhouse is immersed in panoramic views of One Mile Beach, Cape Hawke, the golf course and Wallis Lake. Upstairs is the fully-equipped kitchen & huge open-plan living area, featuring floor to ceiling windows and glass bi-fold doors, showcasing the stunning coastline from every angle. On the same level you’ll find a parents retreat as the master bedroom, boasting private ensuite, walk in robe and balcony access. The additional 2 bedrooms are downstairs, along with a balcony and a second smaller living area – a perfect space for kids to escape the parents! The property also features a laundry equipped with a washing machine and in addition to the main bathroom and ensuite, there is an extra toilet off the living room. At the northern end you’ll find Bennett's Head Lookout, offering 360 degree views from The Tanks, right down to Cape Hawke and One Mile Beach. It also boasts the giant sandhill, a popular attraction for sand sliding and boarding. Plus there's a stretch of white sand where dolphins can often be seen frolicking in the waves, and if you’re there at the right time, you might spot whales migrating. South of One Mile Beach you’ll find Burgess Beach – a secluded, sheltered beach hidden by vegetation and accessed by a steep path. Although it doesn't have the facilities of some of the larger beaches it’s a great spot for families, as it offers rock pools and small rock cave formations to explore. One Mile Beach is a perfect choice for guests looking to enjoy the simple joys of nature, and the convenience of proximity to the CBD.
