Holiday Property Managers


Our holiday property managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of your Batemans Bay holiday rental property. Their job is to make your life easy. They are your main point of contact, and also the contact for your holiday guests. This means you only have to speak to one person to get all the answers you need. They are experienced, well trained property management professionals. The property managers aim is to generate income for the landlords by encouraging guest reservations.

Administration

We have a team of dedicated administration assistants within the office to ensure the property managers receive the support they require. The extra helping hands allow the property managers to spend more time generating bookings and profitably managing your property. These assistants work to ensure that all of our back office systems and procedures are being followed. Having these quality systems in place is vital part of the success of managing your investment property.
 
Reception

Our reception staff strive to create a good first impression for our establishment. Our reception desk is maned consistently though office hours so there is always someone ready to meet and greet our owners and holiday guests.

Cleaners and tradespeople

We ensure we take care to employ honest and efficient cleaners and tradespeople to service your investment property. All tradespeople are required to supply us with copies of their current public liability Insurance policy & workers compensation, current licences, as well as OHS work place induction certificate prior to us using their services.
 
The accounts team

This department handles all the paperwork and bill paying associated with each investment property. The team is responsible for the disbursement of all rental income, including depositing rent into your account, paying invoices and preparing monthly and annual financial statements.

The accounts team is also responsible for the payment of any regular accounts you may elect us to pay including building and landlord protection insurance, body corporate fees and council rates.

If you have any questions relating to your monthly statements, invoices or other financial matters please discuss these with your property manager. If required your property manager will consult with our accounts team. This means you don't have to contact numerous different people to get the answers you want.
