Cleaners and tradespeople
We ensure we take care to employ honest and efficient cleaners and tradespeople to service your investment property. All tradespeople are required to supply us with copies of their current public liability Insurance policy & workers compensation, current licences, as well as OHS work place induction certificate prior to us using their services.
The accounts team
This department handles all the paperwork and bill paying associated with each investment property. The team is responsible for the disbursement of all rental income, including depositing rent into your account, paying invoices and preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
The accounts team is also responsible for the payment of any regular accounts you may elect us to pay including building and landlord protection insurance, body corporate fees and council rates.
